Members are required to log-in to the Memolink site AND complete at least one transaction, i.e. either earn additional points or redeem points for a prize, during any continuous 30 day period. If a member fails to log-in to the Memolink site and complete at least one such transaction for 30 consecutive days, Memolink will deem that specific account inactive and will remove all points from that account. Members may request that their points be restored at anytime by e-mailing Memolink customer service with a request. Please be kind when you request this as well!!! It is always nice to read a kind e-mail from a member rather than one from someone flying off the handle. :-) We'll be glad to restore the points for you at anytime.
