That is a negative points transaction. Normally when points are removed from an account, that means that Memolink lost its commission on an order by a member. Any number of things could cause this - mainly that the order was flawed in some way from its original purchase. Things that can cause this are the original purchase order being changed in any way; being canceled, exchanged, or returned partially or entirely. Could be anything having to do with that original order was changed, even them name on the purchase or the mailing address or credit card number - anything.
