Yes, unfortunately it can. Memolink members who are inactive in their Memolink account for a period of 30 consecutive days will have their redeemable points total expire. At any time those points may be credited back to a member's account, however if a member goes for a period of 120 consecutive days with no activity in the account, they may have their points credited back to the account BUT the Star Counter will not be able to be reset to its previous status. It will be reset back to an "empty tank". Sorry!!
