Why am I not getting my points? TIPS to ensure proper tracking when completing offers:
- Make sure that you visit the partner website by first logging in to your Memolink account, and then clicking on the offer either through a link on our site, a link in one of the points emails you may receive, or a popup that you see when you first login to our website. You will not be reported if you visit their site in any other way.

- Review the details of each offer and follow the instructions necessary to receive the points. These are listed on the gateway page when you click on an offer using one of our site links.

- If you make a purchase or signup and then return the item(s) or cancel your membership, you will not receive the points, as we don't receive our commission.

- Always use your current Memolink email address when signing up for any offers, as we use this to track your offer completions. If you don't use this address, you won't be reported.

- Make sure you have enabled cookies in your browser, as this is necessary for tracking purposes. You can check this in Internet Explorer by clicking on Tools, Internet Options, Privacy, and moving the slider bar until it reads "Accept All Cookies." You will want to do this before completing any shopping offers, and if you are concerned with security, move this slider back to its original position *after* you have completed your shopping or signup.

Important!!! ALWAYS clear your cache and cookies before completing ANY offer through your Memolink account.

Open your browser like you are going to go to our site. Go to the menu and choose 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options'. Click on 'Delete Cookies', 'Okay' and then 'Delete Files', 'Okay'. Then click on 'Settings', then 'View Files'. A screen will appear that says Temporary Internet Files. It should be empty. If there are any in there then just highlight them and delete them.

Do NOT go directly to the offer's website to complete it or you will not be awarded Memolink points.
