Please describe what happens when you click on the link. Do you get an error? If so, what does it say? Do you get a blank page? Please try clearing your temporary internet files. You may want to clear out your cookies as well and make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. If you are using a bookmark or favorite places link to access the Website, or if you are using an e-mail link, you should probably STOP trying to connect to the site this way. Please manually type in www.memolink.com in the address bar of your browser and then log on to your Memolink account.
